This notice serves to inform you about the End of Life for Model #: DNET-CONV500 –  Doors32 to Doors.NET Database Conversions Service. 

With the recent release of Doors.NET version 6.0, support for PXL and Entraguard controllers has officially ended within Doors.NET. Please note that support for PXL and Entraguard controllers will continue to be supported on Borealis, our Cloud Based Access Control Platform. Keri Systems does offer a database upgrade service for Doors32 systems to migrate directly to Borealis systems, please contact your Regional Sales Manager for more details. 

As a result of this change, the DNET-CONV500 – Doors32 to Doors.NET Database Conversion Service for PXL-500 & Entraguard projects has been obsoleted. The official end date for this service is November 1, 2025. 

We will continue to accept Purchase Orders for DNET-CONV500 until October 31, 2025, specifically for systems utilizing Doors.NET software version 5.4.0.8 or earlier. 

If you have planned upgrade projects that may extend beyond the official end date, please coordinate directly with your Keri Systems Sales Team. To confirm a future system conversion date, you must submit your purchase order prior to October 31, 2025, along with the project details and timeframe to convert.

How does the conversion program work?

Here’s what we’re going to do:

Keri Systems will pre-configure your Borealis conversion – this will include pre-checks and configuring your system & sites. Keri Systems will also configure operators and claim communication hubs on your behalf. We will then complete the conversion and move your existing data to your new Borealis cloud solution.

Here’s what you need to do:

Plug in your pre-configured appliance to your DHCP-enabled network so it can communicate with the cloud and update itself. – Your appliance will then notify us when it’s online.
*We recommend that your I.T. professional is available to assist should we encounter any unexpected network behavior.

What to expect:

We’ve made it really easy! All we need you to do, is plug in your pre-configured appliance, and stop your existing Keri access control solution when you are ready to switch to Borealis.

The setup process should only take between 15-30 minutes!

Geokey & Keri Partnership

Mercury Security has been informed of a firmware security issue affecting
the following hardware: LP1501, LP1502, LP2500, LP4502, and EP4502.

This issue makes it possible for a hacker to have a level of access to these controllers. This is done through the Web Browser that accesses and configures Mercury controllers.

Mercury has issued new firmware that addresses these issues, and they strongly recommend updating the firmware as soon as possible. You can access this firmware for download from Mercury directly or from Keri’s downloads page under the software & downloads section.
