I am tired of looking at the orange county shutters on my house, because they are quite old and they just need to go. But I do not want my house to not have any shutters, and so I guess that means that I need to find replacements for them. I need to find a contractor that does stuff like that in the area, and will be able to do a good job at replacing mine.

I think that I am finally in the mood to do a lot of repairs to my house. It has been a long time since I have really done a lot to maintain my house, and it is past due on a lot of things. One of the other things that needs to be done as well is to have a new coat of paint put on the exterior of the house. That is a pretty high priority as well because the paint is peeling in a lot of places and it really looks quite awful to tell the truth.

I don’t know why I waited so long to start worrying about how my house looked I guess I have just been lazy and that is a habit that I need to break myself of. I should take better care of my house, and I think I will try to do just going forward. One of the things that I need to do on a more regular basis is to mow the lawn. I tend to let it get a little bit high before I mow it, even though it really annoys my wife when I do that. She has told me a few times that she was going to mow it herself if I did not get off my butt and mow. But she has never followed through with that.
